A&R Coordinator Rene Brown
has performed at many theater dinner playhouses in the Kansas City Kansas locality, that's where Mr Alvin Ailey heard her magnificent voice. She has also performed for Congresswoman Shirley Chisholm now both of these individuals watch her from above. Through the Johnson County Community College she performed for Author Lerone Bennett and was chosen to open for Roger Troutman and Zapp as well as Ronnie Laws, Roy Ayers, Kirk Whalum and smooth jazz guitarist & singer Norman Brown.
Her voice has been heard performing in musicals such as Richard Allen The Apostle of Freedom, Beauty Shop as well as a tribute to Cab Calloway. Rene Brown once toured for a little over a 1 1/2yrs with a band called Majestic Rhythm Revue. |

The A&R (Artist and Repertoire) Coordinator is responsible for a variety of task.
Rene's main responsibility is to find and recruit musical artist for the company by reviewing and possibly getting artist signed
to a recording contract. Another is securing songs for our artists to record by going through many demos submitted to the company.
Rene also oversees the artist, working closely with the artist from the time they are signed to the label she also works closely with dB Heard and most of the staff in other departments to make sure everything is according to schedule.
Rene then reports to the CEO or VP in charge. One of the many task as a A&R Coordinator Rene also books,
as reservations for travel or the theater or engagements for performers, and clients.
